What countries not eligible for NTR / MFN duty rates?
The following countries are listed as column II and do not have NTR with the United States: Cuba and North Korea. Duty rates for items from these countries are considerably higher than duty rates for NTR countries. For updates, please contact the U.S. Trade Representatives at (202) 456-1414. Other countries may be subject to sanctions or embargos similarly restricting imports. You can contact the Office of Foreign Assets Control for a list at (202) 622-0077 or via their web site.
